Bandanna fanart challenge

New member saying hello.
Jan. 11th, 2012 01:09 pmpreety-lady.livejournal.comHi guys. I am new to this community, though not a new Shelma shipper. In fact Shaggy from Scooby Doo where are you? series was my first love as a kid, which really showed that in the future I would get attracted to goofy, sweet guys (Mystery Incorporated and What's New Scooby Doo just killed Shaggy's character for me). Anyways I've been a Shelma fan for the last 14 years but I've never tried to write a fanfic about them until recently. I am in the process of writing 2 fanfics about them (one based on a prompt here) and another one for a challenge I took.
Also I come baring gifts as I took this nice shot from season 1, episode 9 "The Backstage Rage" of Scooby Doo where are you series. In this part what made me go "aww" is that when the music starts playing ans the ghosts appear everyone is standing up so as you can see in the next shot Velma is not only holding Shaggy. It seems she practically crawled in his arms for protection (I deduce this from the sudden change of height difference) and then she exclaims "I don't want to search for clues anymore!"

1970s COMIC SCANS: The Phantom Wolf
Mar. 28th, 2011 04:58 pmbrendala.livejournal.comHey guys! I have another set of comic book scans for you! This story (The Phantom Wolf) comes from the 1970s Gold Key comics. In it, Shaggy, Scooby, and Velma are forced to solve a mystery themselves when Fred and Daphne are incapacitated. The characters are pretty different in this incarnation (Scooby is a LOT braver,Velma is goofier, and Shaggy is less of a doofus), but I love it and I'm sure you all will, too!

FAN-VIDEO: "Velma Tendencies"

The episode is called “Almost Ghosts” and you can view it for free on the WB website here. In it, Shaggy meets up with the gang to solve a mystery at a military base. His reunion with Velma is surprisingly sweet and flirty. Don’t believe me? Here are some screen shots:
